  • Approved online retailers

What’s Covered

  • Products matching descriptions provided at purchase
  • Products deemed reasonably satisfactory in quality
  • Products fulfilling specific purposes promised during purchase

  • Minor cosmetic variations from product images

  • Unauthorized modifications or neglect
  • Accidents, fire, water damage, or transportation by customer

How to Make a Claim

  1. Submit claims within 14 days of discovering defects
  2. Provide order number and clear defect photos via email or contact form
  3. Self-repair option: Free replacement parts shipped with instructions
  4. Out-of-warranty repairs incur fees (shipping, labor, customs)

Limitations & Exclusions

Warranty Transferability

Applies only to original purchaser. Subsequent owners receive products “as-is.”

Liability Cap

Maximum liability = purchase price paid. Excludes unlawful limitations (e.g., fraud, statutory consumer rights).

Regional Consumer Rights

Australia

Additional rights under Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Entitlements include replacements/refunds for major failures.

Canada
